And in it we were able to think over the concept, which will allow people with any form of disability to actively participate in environmental education volunteer projects. And organizers of inclusive tourism should not be afraid to attract young people with disabilities to participate.
In February 2020 of the year in social networks and the media of the Samara region was announced a recruitment to the regional school of camp leaders «Green Team”. Camp Leader is the curator of the tour group, connecting link between organizers and expedition participants.
He is in charge of the group, it is on him that the connection with the outside world is kept. Camp leader must always calculate escape routes and think ahead of the curve, always keep everything under control and do not relax. Moreover, it is important for the camp leader to develop and maintain communication in the group, special, when it comes to inclusive tourism. Therefore, in our project, camp leaders work in pairs - a person with a disability and a person without a disability..
